Strategy & Soul for Leadership, Life, and Legacy

I have spent over 36 years leading in technology, business strategy, and people development—building teams, transforming organizations, and opening doors for others to thrive.

I’m the author of three books—BlackPrint: Cheat Codes for Succeeding in Corporate America as a Black Professional, The Ladder Has Rungs, and BeeCause You Loved Me—and the creator of the BlackPrint Professional Type Assessment, an AI-powered professional type tool.

My work spans senior leadership roles at Amazon, Microsoft, T-Mobile, and HTC—and national healthcare impact as one of only two non-clinicians appointed to the National Patient and Family Engagement Advisory Panel in Washington, D.C. I also served three years on the UW Medical Center Patient & Family Advisory Board and helped define bedside shift reporting and pre-emptive discharge planning standards in the AHRQ Guide.

Widowed at 38, I raised two teenagers solo while advancing a high-impact career—featured in Glamour Magazine for resilience, love, and loss. Today, both of my children are thriving; my daughter completes her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling in May 2025.
