The BlackPrint Assessment Tier 2:
Strategic Position

Welcome to Tier 2 (of 3) of the BlackPrint Professional Type Assessment. This 30-50 question tool is designed to help you identify how you move through systems of power—and which of the six BlackPrint Types you lead with.

Based on your responses, you will be matched with one of six career-altering identities: Trailblazer, Strategist, Builder Boss, Connector, Quiet Force, or Legacy Leader. Each has its own power. Each rewrites the rules.

This tier is called Strategic Position because you are not just taking an assessment—you are diving deep to learn how to strategically lean into your BlackPrint strengths. 

After completing the assessment, you will receive a Strategic Position  BlackPrint type profile, 3 BlackPrint cheat codes, a strategy map, a BlackPrint quote, recommended BlackPrint chapter to reference, and career insights customized for your type.
